I’m Valerie - and I’ve recently joined the Let’s Dish! team, fulfilling my dream from of creating menu’s as a full time job! I have been creating and cooking since I was a child when I would fix gourmet snacks for my sister at bedtime! It was just natural for me to end up at the Culinary Institute of America (CIA) where I became a true chef. I’ve had a blast cooking for groups from Aspen to Washington, D.C.
I can’t wait to bring more culinary delights to your tables! My husband, Theo and 1 ½ year old son Maxwell are addicted to Let’s Dish! meals, eating them most nights of the week. When not working the whole family (including our
Chocolate Lab, Dixie) enjoy surf fishing at the beach in the summer and skiing in the winter. We love to travel to see family and share lot’s of holiday meals together where everyone cooks!
