Hi dishers! I am one of the co-owners of the Let’s Dish! stores in Maryland and Northern Virginia. If you asked me 5 years ago what I would be doing now, there is no way I could even have comprehended Let’s Dish! and my involvement with it.
Food has always been extremely important to me and what I eat even more so. I grew up reading cookbooks like novels and waiting with great anticipation the arrival of the newest cooking magazine. Then I started working and having children and the time to experiment in the kitchen was gone. I missed it terribly but now, I spend many days and hours in the kitchen creating new ideas for our menus and working on making the menus each month. I love this part of my job. I used to hate thinking about “What’s for dinner?” and now I love that question!
When I am not busy in the kitchen, I spend lots of time with my husband, Erik Ginsberg, and our children, Torben (11), Berit (8) and Halden (almost 6). We love to travel, go to movies, play games and watch Erik coach Torben’s basketball games.
