Hi! I’m Holly Wildberger, also known as “Holly Dub” around Let’s Dish!. I’ve been with Let’s Dish! since Day 1. I work on the food team as a Development Coordinator, doing everything from developing meals to making certain that we get the right ingredients in the stores for our customers. It has been an amazing 3 plus years working for Let’s Dish!.
I have been interested (some call it an obsession) in how food is made as long as I can remember. I am from a large Italian family and there was always a grand feast being created practically every night for dinner. One of my earliest memories is watching my Italian grandmother making pastas and breads from scratch when I was very young. I never realized back then not just the importance of having a family dinner, but the effort and care that went into preparing meals. Now I am proud to be a part of getting all of our customer’s families to have a similar experience to what I had growing up.
When I am not “playing” in the kitchen, I love to travel and take pictures. I have quite a lengthy list of places that I want to experience and photograph when I get the chance. I am always looking for a way to cross off a new destination. I also spend a lot of time with friends and with my gigantic dog, Medes.
