Hi everyone! My name is Elizabeth and I’m a co-owner of the Let’s Dish! stores in the Mid-Atlantic. I have dished almost every month since the Baltimore store opened in 2004! I love to cook and especially love to entertain. Having Let’s Dish! food in the house has certainly helped make entertaining on a moment’s notice easier.

I wear lots of different hats with the company. In addition to helping out with some regular operations in Virginia I focus on grass roots marketing and events coordination. It makes me feel great when I am out in the community and people tell me their favorite dish from Let’s Dish!. I’ve noticed that wherever I go people like to tell me what they had for dinner last night. That’s fun too.

I’m a wife and a mother of two. As a family we enjoy spending our time together traveling, golfing, and entertaining guests. Our family favorite dish is Shrimp Scampi. Each time it comes on the menu we eat it once a week until we run out. Then we eagerly wait until the next time it’s on the menu.
