Today we invited hundreds of our closest friends (well, customers new and old) into the stores for FREE Jambalaya. We drew big crowds from Ashburn to Timonium, Alexandria to Columbia — and in Fairfax too. Customers across the mid-Atlantic got a taste of the “Disher” experience. Many brought friends, husbands, sisters and kids who had just been looking for an excuse to dish themselves. They all left with a complimentary Jambalaya, one of our most popular (and convenient) meals, and an open invitation to return.
As a staff, we spent the day running. Cambros to restock, snacks to hand out, questions to answer. We barely had time to muster a few snapshots.  But of course, we did :) To the left, you can see a crowd working the station Columbia, with more Dishers rarings to go. And just below, an exhausted Alexandria crew manages one last smile before calling it a day.
And quite a day it was. We gave away hundreds of free meals, and thousands of free smiles. We introduced the concept to countless new folks, all of whom can now proudly call themselves “Dishers.” Despite the hard work, it seemed that the only ones having more fun than the customers, was the Let’s Dish! team ourselves. So to the managers and hosts who gave up an afternoon with their family to make this day a success, a warm and heartfelt thanks. It was a proud day for Let’s Dish!, and as usual, you guys were the ones who made it so great!
